Ashley is RYT 200hr yoga alliance certified vinyasa and meditation instructor with additional training in Katonah Yoga, Girlvana Yoga, Feelosophy and Trauma Informed Yoga.
Classes range from flowy and fast breath-based vinyasa to slow and downtempo restorative. Each class is catered to students' abilities and desires.
Whether you are working towards the splits or putting your shoes on without a shoe horn, classes are designed with you in mind.
Ashley has been coaching me in yoga since January 2018 and she has practically saved my life. Ok, that might be an exaggeration but it sure feels like the truth!
