Join us for a combination class that will leave you feeling all of your feels. We start off with Trilby Goouch leading the class through a 45 minute Get Shifted style class, where we can sweat out what no longer serves us. Expect intentional intensity and dance-like movements. We will then transition into the second half of the class, Feelosophy. Join Ashley Belluz as she leads you through a restorative 45 minute stretch or nap time for adults. Participants will be massaged throughout this portion to connect to their bodies on a deeper level. Expect scalp, face, neck, hands, calves and low back massage.
