Join us for a six week progressive series tailored to runners. A great way to compliment your Summer running and a chance to really stretch out those darn legs! No toe touching required.
This series is NOT just for runners. If you are new to yoga and are looking for a small group setting with hands on adjustment, then this is a safe space to join in.
$120 for six one hour sessions starting Thursday, June 7th 7:30-8:30pm.
Drop in rate $25/class.
