podcast : Nate Morris - Club Row
On this episode, Nate shares his most recent fitness endeavour in Club Row, Vancouver's only rowing-based workout. We jam on fitness branding and social media, Nate's alter ego (Jackie Idaho) and how lululemon shaped the fitness game in Vancouver.
You don't want to miss Nate's take on creativity through fitness, upcoming ventures on Dragon's Den and blowing off bad reviews.
Occasionally delusional but always genuine, Nate is here to change the fitness game and the way his athletes approach exercise. Nate enjoys little more than crushing workouts, pizzas and beers; often in that order. He loves his friends, his family and his athletes above all else and would go through a wall for any of them.
Nate’s barrel chest, power belly and explosive hip make him a dynamic athlete who insists he can lift 300lbs over his head, run a sub 19 minute 5k and dunk a basketball. Growing up struggling with his weight Nate has particular insight into the psychology of exercise and specializes in strategies that produce consistency and intensity for his athletes. When he is not at Club Row, you can often find Nate in the craft breweries of East Van, doing "truck time" and watching all the sports.
