Full moon. Solar Eclipse. Meteor. We've been blessed with beautiful gifts in the sky. A chance to look up and connect with something greater than our beings.
Sitting outside on a warm Summer night, meditating with crystals lit by gently glowing candles, I can't seem to relax. What the heck.
Leaves falling make gentle hushing sound on dry grass. My nervous system shoots messages of nearing danger. There's nothing. Not even mosquitos. The biggest threat to my safety is me.
Watching leaves fall with two weeks left of Summer sends me into a panic. What have I accomplished. My tan isn't dark enough. Enough. ENOUGH.
I am enough.
